Please note that increasing the resolution does not improve image quality—it simply enlarges existing pixels. While this can reduce visible pixelation on large prints, the overall quality remains the same. Our designers automatically increase the resolution of all submitted images as part of our standard process, but for the best results, we strongly recommend providing a high-quality image from the start without enhancements.
We do not offer exchanges for customer errors, including low-resolution uploads, failure to respond promptly to proof requests, or buyer’s remorse.
